I have a big nose and I am not interested in a rhinoplasty. I like my big nose. What I cannot learn to love is my long philtrum and thin upper lip. Lip Filler and Botox don't really work for me. A lip lift is the only real solution. I am having trouble finding before and after photos of younger people with prominent noses who have gotten lip lifts. Im 29. Is there a reason for this? I don't want to lose my nasal sills or look botched. Am I a candidate for lip lift? Which kind would work for me?

1. Lip Lowering/Reverse Vestibuloplasty: This procedure involves lowering the upper lip to cover less of the teeth. It is typically performed on patients with a high lip line or 'gummy smile'.
2. Orthognathic...
It is possible to extend the lip lift laterally. The tissue taken from the outside of the nose-face junction can be used as a flap to lay inside the alar incision. This will widen the nostrils while pulling them outward more laterally from the skin excision.
