I Had Laser Teeth Whitening 37hrs Ago, But Today My Teeth Are Stained?

Hi I Have Laser Whitening Teeth 37 Hrs Ago but when I Wake Up Today my Teeth Are Stained I Have Just Eat Bread, Butter and Milk.

I do not recommend laser teeth whitening

In my opinion, laser or light activated whitening is not a good treatment. The only good thing about it is that in some cases, you will have whiter teeth right away. However, a lot of the whitening effect is due to dehydration of the enamel (from the 2 hours your teeth are isolated). Once the teeth re-hydrate with saliva after 24 hrs, some of the effect will go away. The teeth may stay ligher for a while but with- in 6 months, you'll be back to where you started. Sorry to hear you are having a problem after whitening your teeth. Just to be clear, laser whitening does not work for everyone. It depends how dark your teeth are, your oral hygiene, the system that was used. Also important is the at home maintenance, did you get take home trays after the procedure. Hope this helps

Meticulous oral hygiene is a MUST! In the first 24-48 hours following any whitening procedure, the teeth are very susceptible to staining! BRUSH, BRUSH, BRUSH & FLOSS! Avoid any colored foods or liquids in that period as well.
