Will These Laser Resurfacing Dots Go Away?

I had a Pixel Perfect CO2 resurfacing treatment 11 days ago and I still have dots on my face. They are no longer dark, they are raised, hard dots.

It is very important to have an accurate fitzpatrick scale assessment of your skin prior to having ablative procedures as these can cause hyperpigmentation after treatment. You should start Rx Hydroquinone cream to lighten this spot. Good luck to you.
