I had a reconstructive rhinoplasty in 2006. since I have very thick mucus which is only resolved with Affrin although I know this cannot be a permanent solution. I am very congested constantly on the left side of my nose where the spreader graft was placed. As well as swelling inside of my nose which sends pain to my upper teeth. The graft came from cadaver skin. Could this be a result? I tried Flonase and no relief. I just wonder if my nose is allergic to the graft, is this a possibility?
