Hello. I have asymmetrical and slightly hollow upper eyelids and wanted a hyaluronic filler such as restalyne to reduce the hollowness. Is this area around the eye most prone to retinal damage? And does using a blunt cannula rather than a needle work around that region? Thanks

This can be treated well with microneedling and/or fillers, I typically use silicone or Artefill for this since it is more permanent. However, HA type fillers can last many years in this area specifically Voluma and work well for people who are nervous about more permanent fillers....
