When I talk or make any kind of face, these ugly lines/folds on the sides of my mouth appear. Not sure what they're called. Most people I see dont have them. They arent there when I make a straight face. They aren't laugh lines & I don't think they're nasolabial lines either. I've heard of chipmunk cheeks but I dont have big cheeks at all so this is more like chipmunk mouth. Is there any kind of filler or surgery that can fix this? And what are the folds called? Thanks in advance
My cheeks are very round and high when smiling but when Im not smiling the nasolabial folds are noticeable. My injector suggested injecting near the folds and near the mouth for the shadowy areas. A different injector said the best area to inject would be the cheeks to lift the folds. Where is the best place to inject w/out making my cheeks look over volumized like chipmunk cheeks or my nasolabial folds and mouth monkey-like.
In may, i got filler done under my eyes ( 1 whole syrine. 1/2 ,under each eye). The asethatician did it too superficial and the filler weighed down my cheeks. My cheeks and fell flat and now my face looks slightly elongated. I did two sessions of Hyaluronidase and I dont think It helped. My face still looks slightly droopy comapared to my old pictures and I have puffiness where my under eyes are. I do not want filler again. What are my treatment options.
I've noticed in many after pictures of patients and celebs that doctors try to create an ogee curve that looks very unnatural and too full. It is unnatural because it defies natural cheekbone placement. A good example of this is what happened to Megan Fox. In videos of her talking, you can see that she is overfilled at the apple and the entire cheek is way too big and doesn't move. Is it possible to only inject at the upper and lateral zygomatic arch if I want a thin, sculpted look?
