Do I need to get more than one session of Vanquish for each side of body?

I am planning go get vanquish treatment for my thights. I see that the device has 2 sides, so in one sessions you can treat both sides, left and right side of the leg. But I have fat on the front and back side of my legs too. So shoul I get more sessions for the front and back sides. Or is it effective for all sides ,of the leg even if the device stands just the only left and right side of the leg?What should I do if I want to get slimmer all sides of legs, both front&back, left&right?
