The dermatologist said it was okay--take Ibuprofen. It is still sore and I am wondering if I should continue or was this a big mistake? No photo necessary--a hard lump on my right side of my abdomen (and feeling more swollen because of that then reduced).
I just received my third Vanquish treatment. Typically my hip bone area is sore for a few days after each treatment, is this normal? My provider didn't seem too worried about it. Yesterday I received my 3rd treatment and had a hot spot on my right hip. I now have a palm sized lump over my right hip bone. It's raised and looks like a large welt. Will this go away? Should I forego my final treatment?
I had vanquish done on my outer thighs and back of legs three days ago. During the treatment I had a searing, stabbing pain that wouldnt go away no matter how much the technician adjusted the panels. I understand these hot spots are normal. Now I have a rather large (6) and very painful lump that is red and hot to the touch. Is this considered a normal narcotic fat lump?
I am a 38 year old male and had my 2nd Vanquish treatment three weeks ago. Duirng this session, my skin felt hotter than usual. After the session I developed very large, lumpy nodules in the treatment area. I still have two areas with noticable lumps (although no more pain). WIll these eventually go away and is it safe to resume my third treatment if i still have the lumps present?
I recently had my first Vanquish treatment on my thighs. A day later I started feeling extremely tender in the areas. It feels like extreme bruising but without the discoloration. I don't have any lumps or nodules, just the tenderness and pain. I can't lie on my side or sit a certain way without it being very painful. During treatment it got pretty uncomfortable for a short while, hot spots etc, but the discomfort eventually eased. It is much worse on my right leg than my left.
I had 2 vanquish treatments..it's been a week and a half and I have 3 very large hard lumps on my abdomen..they are very red and very sore to touch. I am only about 15 lbs overweight and told I was a good candidate. I am very uncomfortable and NOT happy...is this going to subside and how long before it does ? These areas are not small..I can barely wear clothes and I'm surviving on Motrin to make myself comfortable. Please Help!!!
i had several treatments across front and side abdomen. i developed painful nodules everyone speaks of like they're no big deal, but about 7 years on, they're still painful and not gone. yes, i went to a fully vetted, certified, legitimate & successful medspa. i contacted them some years on and when i went in for them to check it out, the Dr. (who I'd never met before), very lightly touched the area, said he felt nothing and recommended a tummy tuck! What's my next step?
i am a 41 year old woman who had 8 Vanquish treatments on my abdomen about 8 years ago. it was usually painful, and afterwards i was left with some lipoma-like lumps on my abdomen and sides. i was told to massage them forcefully & drink lots of water. i did so, and kept thinking i just needed to keep at it, but then it's 8 years later and they're still there. the ones on my sides (near the ribs/kidneys) and one low on the front of my hip are VERY painful. can it still be Vanquish? what do i do?
