Complications with bioalcamid and silicone
Overall, permanent fillers have a 'good' safety record. The problem with permanent fillers is that a small subset of patients will develop a chronic or acute inflammatory response that is devastating and deforming. I only perform treatments for permanent filler complications and do not inject them in my practice.
