I'm a boxer that has nasal valve collapse and really restricts my breathing, I want to get this resolved but still be able to continue boxing, I know it's not recommended to get an extensive rhinoplasty while still boxing so I'm looking for other solutions. I've recently come across a procedure called Intranasal z-plasty. From what I've read, the risks and recovery are minimal and could potentially solve my breathing problem. Would this be a procedure I could get so I can still continue to box?
