Answer: Smoking after hair transplantation I dont advice you to smoke for a longtime : İt takes 10-13 months for hair to become full mature , as thick and bright as native hair. But smoking may slow down this process and causes thinner , brittle hair at the end of process which takes about 1 year..

Answer: Blocks the blood supply to FUT. Smoking is not considered to be good for your health in anyway and especially not after the hair transplant. So you have a good reason to stop it at least until you get your hair back as it blocks the blood supply to FUT.

Answer: Smoking is not advisable It is never advised to smoke for your general health and definitely not before and after any given procedure. Smoking causes blood vessels to constrict and can reduce blood supply to the follicular unit grafts. At 1 month post op do not look for any regrowth though. This usually occurs the earliest at 3 months post op with most of the regrowth anywhere from 7 - 10 months post op.I'd recommend to stop smoking if you can.I hope this answers your question.
