I don't know where should I start from. I'm from India. And I've a mongoloid looks. My nose is too small for my face and cheekbones are too large. I want my face lifted to a V shape permanently or maybe for 10 years or more. Furthermore, I've a protruded gums which makes my lips almost equal in line with my nose tip when looking from the side. My real question is if my appearance will improve if I heighten my nose and lift my face to a V shape?
Answer: What are my treatment options? Thanks for your inquiry and photo. Unfortunately, it is impossible to make a full assessment from the image alone. Based on your description, it sounds like you would be a good candidate for rhinoplasty or nose reshaping surgery, which would elongate the nose and create better definition in the tip. There are also solutions for addressing your square jawline, from a chin implant to surgical trimming of the jawbone to create more of a heart shape to the face. I advise you to make an appointment with a board-certified plastic surgeon who will meet with you in person to assess your concerns and features. You can then form a surgical plan together that will help you achieve your goals. Good luck!

You can bring the pictures that you think would be flattering to your face and these can be discussed. Answer: Facial evaluation Hello and thank you for your question. The best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a rhinoplasty to give your nose increased projection. In regards to the rest of your face, it would be better to evaluate your face in person. This decision should be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you and your surgeon. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G. Reish, M.D. FACS Harvard-trained plastic surgeon

Answer: Nose treatment Hello.... I'd glad to answer your question. From the explanation I feel u have a short nose with a less defined tip along with prognathism. A full face picture in few particular angles would have helped a lot to understand your requirement. But u should know that all your points has a solution. It all depends on the examination by a board certified plastic surgeon who can give u proper guidance. The nasal dorsal augmentation and the tip definition by Rhinoplasty and upper jaw correction by orthognathic surgery are few of the solutions. However the final decisions can be made on looking at your complete picture. Please consider that.

Answer: Facial plastic surgery The most important thing for facial beauty is proportions. Your query is a very intelligent one and it looks like you have thought of this. Looking at your photo I would consider the following options 1. Rhinoplasty to improve projection of your nose 2. Buccal fat pad removal to reduce the heaviness of your cheeks 3. Chin augmentation with fat or an implant to increase the length of your face and reduce the square proportions I would advise you to consult with a well trained cosmetic plastic surgeon who would be able to meet your needs
