Treatments for Suture Indentations?

I am looking for information on suture indents since I cannot find a lot about this online. I am wondering if there are treatments that realistically work on fixing them?? I have a couple on my nose from 3 months ago. The sutures were taken out around 4 days, however I had a lot of swelling immediately after stitching that turned into an infection. All of this caused the sutures to dig (painfully) into my skin and the doctor would not remove them earlier. Is there potential to eliminate them?
