My surgeon who is extremely intelligent with what he does as well as sought out in my area put 455ccs in each breast. I went to him because I lack tissue in my upper pole and he suggested implants to lift. I have 455 UHP in each breast and so far just look large. I originally was a 34 D to DD. I'm worried I made a mistake. Especially since the drop and fluff has not occurred and many say they look larger after that

That being said, you had a large amount of your own tissue to start with and have a decent sized implant. You are going to be pretty big when it is all said and done. Answer: Swelling after breast augmentation Please don't panic. 4 days post-op is extremely short after your surgery and your breasts should be swollen most at this point. I am sure you surgeon put some consideration in the choice of your implant size. The swelling will slowly start to settle in the forthcoming days so that you will get a good idea of what the final size will be after 6 weeks. Even at this point all swelling is not gone yet. You also might be a type who swells more than other patients therefore it is wrong to make a judgement now.

The breasts will appear smaller and lower on the chest wall.
