I Am Not a Smoker but Have Awful Wrinkles Above my Lip. Is There Any Cream That Can Be Applied?

Since you're saying the wrinkles are awful, I'm assuming that they are fairly deep. If so, a cream will not help. Deep lines above the lip would require a treatment that would go deeper than a cream could reach. These potential treatments would include laser resurfacing and deep chemical peels. It's also possible that a superficial filler, like Belotero could help to improve the wrinkles.
