Average Cost of Buttock Augmentation

Buttock augmentation can take the form of fat transfer or use of implants for augmentation. I do not recommend implants because of their high complication rate and what happens to your buttock as you age. The implant will remain and stay hard (if you are one of the few who doesn't require it to be removed within the first several years or months) while your soft tissue and fat delfates and your skin thins. So imagine a hard object in your buttock area resting on your bones and... more

Cost of Buttock Augmentation

There are two tried and true methods for Buttock Augmentation: 1) Fat Transfer (of fat from one area of the body to the buttocks) cost ~ $10,000.00+ or 2) Buttock Implants which is actually relatively safe and effective in experienced hands (although very few board certified plastic surgeons are experts in this procedure) cost ~$8,500.00. Key is to find a board certified plastic surgeon versed in both techniques so that you receive a professional unbiased consultation. Best... more

Cost of Buttock Augmentation or Implant

There are basically 2 safe ways to get buttock augmentation. First and preferred is using your own fat after careful micro-liposuction by a board certified Plastic Surgeon. Second, is buttock implants. Most people with enough fat are requesting the removal fat from areas of excess fat and injecting the fat for better buttocks. If you don't have enough fat, using implant for buttock augmentation is a better option. The cost of your surgery really depends of the area of the country,... more

Buttock Augmentation

Transferring your own fat to the buttocks is a very popular way to improve the size and shape of your buttocks through injections (and without artificial implants). In addition, there is the added benefit of improved contour to the body due to liposuction of the area the fat is harvested from.  Lastly, augmentation with your own fat is generally less expensive than augmentation with implants.

Buttock Augmentation Costs $5K to $14K

Hi there- The costs of buttock augmentation will depend on the technique chosen, (fat grafting, implants, or both), your anatomy and goals, the length of the proposed surgery, the number of areas being suctioned (if the chosen technique involves fat grafting), and the reputation and expertise of the surgeon (like other professionals, plastic surgeons' fees will reflect their reputation and expertise, as well as the geographic area in which they practice). The cost of buttock augmentation can vary widely depending on the method of augmentation, the locale, the surgeon, how much work needs to be done. A wide general range is somewhere between $8000-$12000. In the present economy, you can probably obtain a free consultation from a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to determine your specific needs and goals. This will give you a more accurate idea of what the procedure would cost for you. Good luck!
