Is it normal to have little lump underarm after breast augmentation? 9 days post op.

Thanks for your question.  Congratulations on your surgery.  There are a couple of reasons as to why you might have a lump in your underarm, especially if the incision was made there.  Without more information, the best thing to do is to follow-up with your plastic surgeon so that it can be evaluated appropriately.  Best of luck to you.

Congratulations on your breast augmentation.  Your breast implants were placed through an incision in the arm, lumps are very common and could be a swollen lymph node or a place for a deep suture was placed.  It is also possible to have enlarged lymph nodes following submuscular breast augmentation through an inframammary crease incision.  I doubt that this is a serious problem however the most important thing is to see your plastic surgeon for examination and not rely on Internet advice.
