What Can be Done for Deep Acne Scars on Lower Eyebrows and Bridge of Nose?

I have several deep acne scars by my lower eyebrows and on the bridge of my nose. I recently went to a plastic surgeon to inquire about subsicion to minimize the scars. I was told that because of their location nothing could be done except injecting fillers which are not permanent and very expensive. Is there any alternative or way to help me?

Deep Acne Scars

Sometimes Fraxel or eMatrix works well in these areas as the machine heads are small enough to contour into smaller areas, like the bridge of the nose and eyebrows (as long as the scars are not located in the hair.) However, I do agree with your plastic surgeon that most often I suggest small amounts of filler be injected into these areas. Acne scars on brows and nose

It would be helpful to see a photo of these scars, because what can be done does depend on where exactly the scars are located. The bridge of the nose does have many nerves and blood vessels, so subscission may not be the optimal way to deal with scars.
