Hi, I am 4 months and 2 weeks post op. I have 400cc unders, I was told that my right pocket was made too big. I can feel the implant move (slide) I can push it under the scar and in to my armpit (it doesnt do it on its own, ex when laying down it doesnt fall into my armpit) and my nipple looks to far off to the side will this be hard to fix. My left does nothing like it I can't tell I have an implant there.
Answer: Revision of breast pocket. Capsulorraphy can be performed to revise the breast pocket. This is a short procedure and should be pursued to improve your result.

Answer: Breast Implant Displacement Hard to Fix?
I'm sorry to hear about the concerns you have after breast augmentation surgery. It sounds, based on your description, that you are experiencing a breast implant displacement (to the side).
The implant displacement can be corrected using an internal suture technique (capsulorrhaphy). This type of procedure is routinely performed by plastic surgeons who perform a significant number of revisionary breast procedures. In my practice, I use a 2 layered permanent suture repair and find that the success rate of this type of procedure is quite high, although a recurrence of the implant displacement is a risk of the procedure.
After this type of procedure, I ask my patients to avoid strenuous/heavy lifting for several months.
I hope this helps.

Answer: Repairing a breast pocket that is too big can be done. Hello,
Thank you for the question. Yes, a pocket that is too big can be repaired. This is called a capsulloraphy. Essentially sutures are used to repairs the area of the pocket that is too big. I recomend undergoing this by an experienced plastic surgeon as if not performed properly can lead to poor shape or recurrence.
All the best,
Dr Remus Repta

Answer: Fixing pocket that's too big
This this can be fixed. I have done this two different ways: 1) making a new pocket above your old one and 2) stitching shut the outer part of your existing pocket. The latter is certainly most common and often easier. Fortunately the pain and recovery is nothing like you had with your augmentation.

Answer: Implant Pocket Too Big
I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing these issue after breast augmentation. The nipple facing far off to the side is also a result of the implant pocket being too big. Fortunately, this is a situation that is relatively easy to address. The implant pocket can be made smaller by performing a procedure known as a capsulorrhaphy.
This procedure is done by placing internal sutures to close down the pocket and tailor it to the proper size. It can be performed through the same incision that was used for implant placement. If the armpit incision was used initially, a separate incision around the areola or in the breast crease can be used. When completed, you should see that the nipple position has significantly improved and both breasts appear much more alike. BEST WISHES !!!
