I'm 22, currently 190lbs/5'8". I was obese from 8 y/o to this January. I've lost 85lbs since then, & plan to lose 60 more, which will surely accelerate the issues here. When hanging the skin is noticeably thin, it's all quite sore! Due to the size of ribs/gap, just a lift would look weird imo. The asymmetry is rough too. Overall, I just want breasts that look normal and youthful.
Answer: Breast lift first for tubular breasts A breast lift will restore shape and symmetry so that should definitely be your first step. Once you are at your target weight, you will be in a better position to select implants of the size you want.

CONTACT NOW Answer: Pendulous breasts First, congrats on the weight loss. I would have you at your goal weight for 6 months prior to any surgery. This allows for everything to settle out and give a better long term result. At that point, I would do a 2 stage surgery. First, I would do a breast lift (mastopexy). I would allow this to heal for 6 months to 1 year. Then, in the second stage, I would place an implant. I know that's a long time to get to the final result but wouldn't want to risk something unsatisfactory just to speed things along. I would not do the implant at the same time as the lift as it may cause wound healing issues and possible nipple death! As always, be sure to research who performs your surgery to ensure the best likelihood of a positive result

Answer: What is normal? A lift can reshape your breasts to make them less pendulous and perkier. Augmentation with implants can also help increase size and further improve roundness. It would be best to define what “normal and youthful” is, so you can better describe your goals to your surgeon. That way, your surgeon can then determine which treatment(s) would be most suitable.

Answer: Breast lift after massive weight loss Congrats on your weight loss! After massive weight loss, it is not uncommon for the breasts to sag. A breast lift, repositions the nipple and breast tissue. Depending on patients desire of cup size, breast implants and/ or fat grafting may be performed with a breast lift to restore volume and help shape the breast. Internal bra or a mesh slings also can be used to help keep the breasts lifted.

Answer: Breast lift combined with implants Hello and thank you for your questions and your pictures. First of all, congratulations on your weight loss. Before you undergo any surgical procedures to correct your breast asymmetry, I recommend that you continue to lose weight and get as close as possible to your stated goal. Based on your photos, it appears that you would benefit from a combination of a breast lift with a breast augmentation using some implants. The lift will most likely be a lollipop lift or an anchor lift. Discuss this in detail with your plastic surgeons. Best wishes!
