How to get rid/fade dermatillomania scars on legs and chest (hyperpigmentation/dark spots) on fair skin? (Photos)

I suffer from mild dermatillomania, and unfortunately, my legs and chest area have suffered the most. I have quite fair skin, sensitive and dry skin. The scars I have are from picking at ingrown hairs until they become scabs, leaving what I think is called hyperpigmentation, but just red/purple blemishes. I’m not sure what to do, but I would absolutely love if I could find a solution to at least get them to fade a decent amount. (Scars on my chest are the same as on my legs pictured).
