I am 26 years old and have peeled my lip for decades. I am convinced I have dermatillomania, and I now have this scar in the middle of my top lip! I hate it. I am down to picking my lip once a week, as I know now how to stop myself, but I want this spot to look better. As you can see from my picture, my top lip should have more brown where you see the pink spot in the middle. Please help! What can I do to make it look a bit better? Creams? Surgery? I want answers.
