Hello, I had a rhinoplasty surgery 6 months ago. A hematoma formed in my nose and it was emptied in the first week. In the following weeks, I had nasal abscess and nosebleed. There was a risk of adhesions, so a tampon was inserted again. After the tampon, my face was very swollen and it turned out to be a severe infection. With antibiotics and needles We treated the infection and it went away. Currently I have a small hole in my septum. Is there any chance that the needle will reduce the swelling
