The query's been raised many times but the answers weren't sufficient. R there non-surgical ways to reduce nasal skin on tip? My nose's always been slightly boxy and pointy, but still cute. It got swollen, oily and much bigger in adolescence but I don't thing I have Rhinophyma. Sometimes it's slimmer, so maybe it can be improved? I know about retinoids, laser dermabrassion, steroids, but need more info. Thermage maybe? I want only 5-10% reduction, nothing dramatic.

If you have a deviated septum then you will need a septoplasty to correct it. If you have a cosmetic deformity of the nose that can be corrected at the same time. Unfortunately, you have not provided photographs so I cannot give you an accurate answer.
