I’ve always disliked my nose, especially in pictures. The nose itself isn’t typically big however it just stands out in my face - especially in photos. I have a slight bump and the tip is fairly bulbous. I’ve had liquid/filler rhinoplasties which have improved the appearance however the results are only temporary. The first doctor said my nose would be too small for a surgical rhinoplasty and it would carry too much risk. Is he right?
