Why is Fraxel Being Performed if Its Dangerous and So Many People Are Having a Bad Experience?

I have read horror storied on the site about fraxel restore. That laser has destroyed peoples lives and faces... why is it still being performed by doctors? I have done one session so far but I'm really nervous even though the process wasnt bad.

Fraxel

I do not use fraxel but, I do use fractionated CO2 with good success and happy patients. No bad results but, some that use a second treatment

Fraxel is an excellent laser treatment in experienced hands.

The Fraxel restore laser is a safe, effective laser if supervised by an experienced physician. I have used this laser successfully for many years and patients have been very happy with their results, as long as they have had realistic expectations. Laser procedures should be done in the office of a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon for the best possible outcome and to avoid unfortunate results.

Poor outcomes from a laser can also come from a board certified dermatologist. That happened with me in regards to the Sciton lasers. He was board certified and now I have to live with the ill effects for the rest of my list (I am only in my 20s).
