Almost 11 months ago I had a pyogenic granuloma surgically removed from my lower lip. Since then, I have had a small scar and you can see white lines where the stitches were. It's more noticeable when I'm smiling. The lines are a little raised but only very slightly. It doesn't interfere with any daily function, it just aesthetically bothers me since the whiteness of the scar can be seen. I'm interested in what options I might have to better the scar. And what sort of results might I expect.
