Which is best, vertical incision, short horizontal incision, extended or standard tummy tuck? (Photo)

Asked By:Yardiebarbie in Jamaica

My PS said it's possible I may need a vertical incision, but I told him I'd rather he gives me a longer horizontal incision to eliminate the excess skin and tissue. He will also be doing lipo to the flanks. Based on my photos, do I really need a vertical incision or will an extended tummy tuck be better for me? I honestly don't like the vertical incision, hard to hide, harder to heal. I'm 5'2" and currently at 57.8kgs. Please advise, thanks!
