I have a slipped lap band and the doctors will only remove it because my BMI is 23. I don't want to live with out it!!!! is there anything i can do? such as stretches, exercising. I have been eating soft/ mushie food since I found out.

There are several possibilities. There could be a leak in the system. Has your surgeon checked to verify that the system has the expected amount of fluid in it?Another possibility is erosion of the band into the stomach. Often this needs to be diagnosed with an endoscopy.
