I just had my next round of botox at 11:30am and had a 3:30pm flight and have had a HUGE increase of migraines. I am wondering if flying just a few hours after had anything to do with it.

Injection of botox into jawline does not cause an eyelid droop. You should go back to your doctor or an internist to find out the cause of eyelid droop and only after have your next botox treatment.
