How safe is it? I heard that even if you get breast implants under the muscle, you can still feel the shell if you feel under the breast. Could fat injections help conceal this?

Do not recommend injections of any kind over breast implants

I would not recommend injections of any kind to your breasts after having breast implants. It is not possible to tell exactly how deep below the skin surface your implants are. There is always the danger of puncturing your implants when you stick any needle or sharp object into your breasts. Therefore, I would not recommend any injection to your breasts if you have breast implants.

Fat Grafting Over Breast Implants

Yes. Fat grafting is an effective technique in softening the visible edge of a breast implant or other unwanted irregularities or depressions about the chest.
