Evaluate cause of failure first
IT is important as Dr. Aldea has mentioned to fully evaluate the reasons for your flap failure. Your next regional flap would likely be a superiorly based rectus abdominis. There are a variety of free tissue transfers that could be considered such as the DIEP flap.

Breast reconstruction
There are many options for breast reconstruction besides a latissimus dorsi and implant. There are some options for autologous tissue even in fairly thin patients.

Failed Latissimus Dorsi Breast Reconstruction. Any OTHER options?
Regarding:"I Have Had a Failed Lat Dorsi T Reconstruction. Any Other Options? I am of slim build. Are there any reconstruction options open for me."
The short answer is - Yes, there are several other breast reconstruction option available. The more important question is - WHY did the flap fail? It is a very reliable flap which is used as a back up for when riskier flap fail. If you are a smoker, I hope that was not the cause.
I would seek a second opinion for a surgeon...
