I am 9 day’s post op, I had a crease incision. My right breast seems to be healing properly with minimal bruising but my left one is extremely bruised but not too painful. I also noticed today one of the dissolvable stitches poking out through the glue. *cue instant panic* it’s also Saturday and my PS office is closed until Monday... what do I do!? First picture is of bruising second is of the stitch..

I understand your concern. However, it is difficult to assess your incision site with mere pictures. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon to have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Sloshy, squeaky noises are not uncommon and are usually from a small amount of air and fluid around the implant. Generally this resolves in a couple weeks but I have seen it take months to resolve. Discuss with your surgeon and try not to worry, good luck, Jane.
Your thyroid is probably not much of an issue although it would be safer to come back and have it evaluated first. I feel your greatest risk is having surgery in a foreign country. The reason it's more expensive in the United States is because you pay for safety. Surgeons other countries do not...
