I'm almost 2 years post op my tummy tuck and I was never really a fan of the scarring around my belly button. Its a nice shape but the scar is too thick and the stitching track marks are obvious where my surgeon used external stitches. Would it be possible to revise and excise the scar and make sure external stitches are used only on the inside of my belly button so there are no stitch marks around the outside?

Dear Glorious879077,
it is likely that pregnancy will affect tummy tuck results. However, your tummy tuck should have no negative effect on pregnancy. If you have any issues or concerns, you should consult your plastic surgeon.

For residual swelling and tightness, I would suggest being checked for food allergies. Your medical doctor can order these tests, and food allergies are very common. At this point in time, swelling is gone from the tummy tuck.
An examination is needed to see if you have residual fat or weak muscles, or internal fullness. I would suggest meeting with a plastic surgeon and being examined.
