I had a crown done privately (I believe it was a partial crown) on my back top tooth (number 7). I was flossing with normal force and the crown as completely popped off in one piece. I called them and I am currently waiting for it to be re-cemented on. However, I’m worried he isn’t good at his job and now I am nervous. Am I due a refund or partial refund?

Hello. This can be a small remnant of any particle during porcelain production phase. Unfortunately you can not remove it on your own. Prosthesis need to be removed and sent to the lab to correct that
Hello. Inlay or onlay does not create enough support against fractures in dehydrated teeth which underwent root canal treatment. So, crowns will be a stronger and more durable solution
