For get rid of this image and gain more elegant, nice looking I recommend you revision rhinoplasty. If you can provide photos with better lighting, from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation. Based on your singular photo, you appear to have a cleft in between your tip cartilages which may be becoming more visible as you get older. Treatments for a nasal tip cleft include rhinoplasty surgery or possibly microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections for a permanent fill, depending on your examination. I hope this helps! There are two tip cartilages and a gap between them. Yours may be more noticeable than others. We call it a bifid tip. It can be corrected surgically but most of the time I advise patients to leave it alone

YES, that "dent" is a natural depression between the projecting convexities of the middle crurae of your right and left lower lateral cartilages beneath your skin. If you want to fill or eliminate the depression, off the shelf hyaluronic acid will do it (skill required to do this safely), or tip rhinoplasty.

Great question.. over time the soft tissues of the face/nose change and may become thinner which starts to 'show' aspects of the cartilage.. it also depends on whether or not there has been prior surgery in the area..

You have a bifid nasal tip which can be corrected surgically but it is difficult to pass any more judgement based on this single image.

It’s very normal in people with very thin skin in tip and strong alar cartilages. Don’t perform nose fillers acid because you may damage you skin arterial irrigation.
