Can Electrical Muscle Stimulators Increase Facial Volume?

Through rigorous WEIGHT-BEARING (resistance) facial exercise I've been able to pump up the volume of my age-related sunken cheeks. Like pumping up a bicep muscle, it takes a strenuous daily routine to achieve, and them keep the facial muscles pumped up. Use the palms of your hands as downward resistance on the skin,(since the facial muscles are attached to the skin). This routine is far to rigorous & time-consuming for the average person. Can those electrical muscle stimulators work? Anyone?
