Calculating BMI

If you google BMI you will find the National Heart Lung and Blood Institute web page as the first link and that will directly take you to a BMI calculator. You just input your height and weight and then click on compute BMI.

How to calculate your BMI?

It's quite simple, although there are slightly different formulas which yield slightly variable results.  The easiest way to get the formula is just to google "BMI calculator".  You can just plug in your height and weight, and the calculator will do the work for you.
