Thank You all doctors who make time here for us. Is that normal to develop hoarseness after rhino surgery? I'm a month post trying get back to singing but I feel this every day for past 3 weeks and can't develop my voice.

From reading ALL your previous postings I would venture to say having an out of country rhinoplasty with cartilage grafts would be very risky in your case...
