Difference Between Needling, Dermarolling and Dermastamping?

I'm curious to know the difference between the 3. I am against laser treatments or any sort of surgery (even though a lot of them claim it is safe, esp for people with darker skin tones). I'm considering the Collagen Induction Therapy methods - but don't knwo which one would be appropriate for me. I have a mix of ice pick and boxcar scars on my cheek area. Which treatment is safe to do yourself - and effective as well?
