Thanks so much to all the doctors who answered my first question. There are defiantly differing opinions. So that has prompted my next question. How soon do you tell your patients when they can swim and how about scuba diving?

You need a vertical mastopexy with either superior or superomedial pedicle and an implant. It's not a complicated surgery. The crescent won't work and the anchor (or Wise pattern with inferior pedicle) is overkill and makes extra scars that you don't need.
Hi, do you know if your implants were placed sub glandular or sub pectoral? Your implants will likely continue to settle some since you are only 5 weeks out. Sub muscular placement and or textured implants can help minimize this, but there is always some amount of settling post procedure....
It appears that you have a significant amount of redundant skin on the breasts. It is difficult to give a complete answer without better photos and an exam. From what is shown, it appears that you would benefit from implants to increase the volume loss of the breasts and then a lift (mastopexy)...
