I had a breast augmentation and mastopexy incision around the areola. My breasts look amazing and I'm thrilled with the results. It's 2 weeks post-op and the sharp shooting intermittent pain has definitely stopped. Now my breasts feel really heavy and more swollen. Basically a constant throbbing, heaviness and discomfort. Is there is anything I can do to relieve the swelling, throbbing and discomfort? Also having a very hard time sleeping on my back. Any suggestions?
Its been 16 days since I had my breast lift with implants. I went to see my doctor yesterday. He looked at my breasts and said they looked good and we could take the steri strips off. A nurse came in and took them off which was really painful. She said I could start using scar cream today but they look like they havent fully healed or something especially since they bled. My doctor and his staff havent been very helpful with answering my questions.
Im almost 2 wks p.o, B/L with implants under the muscle and about 4 days ago I lifted myself up with a little too much force I assume and I felt my left implant move? muscle or something move. Since then Ive been having a feeling as if something is poking me towards my cleavage area on the left breast only. Nothing feels or looks abnormal. Just painful/uncomfortable. My Dr is in another state so its hard to go back to him to take a look at it. What could it be? What can I do? Would it resolve itself?
hi ! I just went under surgery on march 12, 2019. i got a breast lift with 400 cc saline implants high moderate profile under the muscle. Before surgery I was 38b im getting crazy waiting for my final results. I would love to know more clarifying about in what cup size will I end up. Im 5'5, 143lbs and 27 years. Right after surgery I went from B to C but im still in the process of dropping and fluffin . I wonder if ill be a D cup by the end of the 3rd month. That would make very happy !
I got implants with breast lift I am 2 weeks post op. My dr. Has left the tapes on and are supposed to be removed this week. I have been noticing a slight smell on my right boob, today I saw it was leaking some fluid / dark maybe serous sanguineous seems to be. I cant see what it is because there is tape covering it. I called my dr. Right away and I am seeing him tomorrow , but he mentioned it sounds like fat necrosis. I dont know what to expect can someone explain
8 weeks post op lift and aug..As you can see, my breasts dont have that pretty teardrop shape and look more like torpedoes with bulging in the upper pole and no definition between upper pole and breast and nipples pointing downward. I also dont have cleavage. I am 8 weeks post op and want to know if these issues will improve? My breasts look pretty in bras and clothes but not so much naked yet.
Im 2 weeks post breast lift with implants and got the ok to remove steri strips and begin scar treatment per Md. He recommended Pro-sil, a glide on silicon therapy with SPF. It seems like I should be doing more. Im still wearing my post surgical bra for support. Will using the medipore tape over the silicon gel and sheets help relieve more tension on the suture lines? Or could I risk widening the scar line if not placed correctly?
I had a lift with 200 cc saline implant 15 days ago. I visited my PS yesterday bc I had concerns of fluid. He said I was fine. Did not remove my tape. Today, I noticed very gross yellow puss leaking through tape. Remove it to find raw skin. And 2 clear stitches poking out. PS didn't seem concerned, told me to clean and dry it. He also said to grab stitches with tweezers and pull and clip. I clipped but when I tried to remove them they were stuck and I began to bleed, no antibiotics. What 2do??
