Treatment for Non-hereditary Dark Circles on Eyes?

I'm 20 years old, male and live a healthy lifestyle, but still have dark circles. I've had them mainly for about 5 years. They're not hereditary as no one in my family has them. I did have hay fever, but it's a lot better these days.

What would you suggest the best options to get rid of these? There are so many options on the Internet I don't know which to choose. I've had a course of 6 Mesotherapy treatments which seemed to do nothing. And now I'm currently having IPL treatments, the next one will be my 3rd. Thanks

Accept that there is no getting rid of them.

Dear InEngland I think that you are in the process of experimenting on yourself. The IPL treatment you are having will be likely disappointing also. Without photos, it is hard know what composes your darks circle. These are called allergic shiners but they really have nothing to do with allergies or sinus issues.
