Almost 4 weeks after breast implants. I had 420 cc gummy bear and last week I started draining. Does it look infected? (Photo)

I wanted to know if it looks infected. My doctor said to let it drain itself and just to apply a cream he gave me so I won't get an infection, but every time I put a gauze it sticks. When I have to remove it to clean it, I start draining and blood comes out, just a little spitting. How is it supposed to dry if it keeps draining small amounts?
