Rhinoplasty complication one year after: 2 small pimple size bumps grew on the right side of my bridge. (Photo)

I had a rhinoplasty a year ago. I like the result and I am happy with it. However, 2 small pimple size bumps grew on the right side of my bridge almost 3 months after surgery and they are so painful whenever I touch them or put some make up and rub my cheek or the surrounding area, it causes a very sharp nerve like pain. Any idea what that is and how can I solve the problem?
