How do I get rid of this crease under my nose above my lip?

Many people have a dynamic crease under their nose when they smile, and this is not unattractive and it is not fixable in my opinion. Some Botox in this area may weaken the levator muscles that cause the crease. I would start with very small doses so your smile is not affected.
