I am only 3 weeks post op, and my surgeon told me that this is common and normal. She said it will lessen as I am still in the process of dropping/fluffing and having my muscles relax. I wanted other opinions. Will the feeling of the implant and the slight rippling feeling on the underside of my breast lessen as my breasts continue to heal And the muscles loosen up and the implants fluff?

It sounds like you have ongoing inflammation of your nerve. Time and anti-inflammatories should help you out. Be sure to bring this to your PS. Good luck and be well.
There is no way to guarantee a particular bra size. Bra sizing varies greatly between bra manufacturers and a C in one bra will be a D in another. What matters more than the assigned bra size is the way the implant looks on you. The best option for your body and aesthetic goals can be determined...
I am very familiar and comfortable placing large implants for primary breast augmentation. It really all depends on the desires of the patient and favorable anatomy. I'd be happy to discuss your options further.
