Yes, I do recommend going smaller like 400-450 cc's and liposuction can be added at the same time. Please discuss this with your surgeon. Your shoulders and neck will thank you for going smaller.
I would highly recommend downsizing implants and performing mastopexies (breast lifts). The problem is that the implants are too large and there is too much breast tissue/skin. The only way to fix this issue is with a breast lift. Regardless, these are all my own opinions based on the photos...
