I am up on my weight by five pounds s/p one week tt and wondering if it is my weight up from lower activity/not decreasing eating to match or can it still be from being swollen ? Didn't know if swollen translated to more weight on a scale?

Your abdomen looks good for this time after surgery. it will only get better with time. follow your surgeons instructions closely. sometimes the muscle repair causes some increased pain in the upper abdomen after surgery or you had some liposuction there. either one will get better with time.
