question and unfortunately, the photos of your mouth are fairly difficult to
see a great deal of what you are describing. I would suggest that you make an
appointment with a board-certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon and allow
them to examine the area and then determine if the use of fillers, such as the
HA fillers would make a difference here. The right consultation should help
determine the proper treatment course for you.

It's a little hard for me to give you an a definitive answer based on the pictures shown.Perhaps some modest improvement can be made with fillers.I suggest following up with a practitioner who has ample experience with facial volume assessments and treatments.Sometimes facial fat transfer can be a solution for facial volume deficits.For someone your age, I would definitely start with hyaluronic acid-based fillers before any type of permanent or semi-permanent treatment.Liposuction of the areas of concern is not something I have done or heard of.There are many people who do excellent work with fillers.
